IGNITE A private relationship experience for couples who are ready to reconnect, communicate, and gain clarity on what comes next. This isn't traditional counselling. It isn't about proving who's right. And it isn't another date night where the hard conversations get pushed aside. Ignite is a guided 3-hour experience designed to help couples slow down, reconnect, and explore the foundations of their relationship through meaningful conversation, nervous system regulation, and shared reflection. Together you'll explore communication styles, emotional needs, expectations, responsibilities, and the patterns that shape your relationship. Through guided activities, partner reflection, and a shared breathwork journey, you'll create space for honest conversations that are often overlooked in the busyness of everyday life. Our role isn't to fix your relationship. Our role is to hold a safe and supportive space where both people can show up honestly, gain deeper understanding, and discover whether you're moving toward the same future. Because connection happens differently when two regulated nervous systems meet.
